I have been in the real estate business for over twenty years, and am very familiar with the market.  Over the years, I have seen extreme seller and buyer markets and have come to realize that markets may change, but people are looking for the same things; fairness, savings, and value.  At CPI Properties, we strive to achieve all three of these desires.  We work with each individual to accomplish their goals in a timely manner.
